Scouts Learn About the Profession

The San Joaquin Section of the chapter has taught about 25 scouts the merit badge in Landscape Architecture in four separate events since 2006.

In addition to visiting offices and the ASLA web site, scouts also learned plant identification and tried their hand at measuring, drawing and redesigning a public space.
