Mancini Park Charrette

The City of Modesto Parks Department hosted a design charette attended by landscape architects Chad Kennedy, Sam Harned, Eric Smith, Daniel Machado, Don Fox and Linda Fish. The participants were presented the background for the project by Modesto Parks Manager Doug Critchfield, ASLA. Mancini Park in Modesto is located in a disadvantaged area in need of substantial renovation. The results of the design charette will be presented to the appropriate agencies for review.

The participants were divided into two groups and created separate design responses for the site.
